iAspire for Women Founders aims to give women the tools necessary to co-create a table and not just a seat in the startup ecosystem.

Participants experience hands-on advisory support to maximize growth, gain specialized industry insights and prepare for fundraising and investment opportunities. Focusing on the key challenges faced in their journeys, iAspire acts as a leverage for women to realise their fullest potential and form a community of business visionaries

Where are the Women Founders?
• Total VC funding for women founders has dropped from 11% to 2.5% since 2019
• 15.7 million women-owned enterprises represent only 20% of all enterprises
• Many are owned only “on paper” by women but in fact not run by them

• WARMUP: Top 20 Startups will be selected pan India across industries and given access to corporate perks and coworking spaces
• FOUNDATION: Establishing benchmarks and clarity in understanding the hygiene of the startup by working on internationally acclaimed strategies that can be adopted in the day-to-day operations of the business
• FOCUS WORK: Understanding key challenges faced by the founders and their entrepreneurial journeys while working on business functions, revenue modeling, scale and sustainability of their startup
• TRACK AHEAD: Mapping market growth potential, building connections within the community, and gauging and all-round awareness of the ecosystem for future business planning
• CAPITALIZE: Accessing fundraising opportunities through investors and competing for up to an INR 5 Lakh grant
